Area Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and Guide Store Teams: Oversee, train, and provide guidance to store teams within your assigned territory; Motivate store teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Sales and Performance: Achieve sales targets in collaboration with your teams; Monitor and assess store team performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Travel and Representation: Travel within your area to coach, train, and support store teams; Represent the brand and ensure consistent performance across stores.
  • Financial Oversight: Review financials and costs to maintain a clear understanding of the business state.
  • Strategic Communication: Develop impactful presentations and communicate effectively with key stakeholders; Provide updates on Retail Europe strategy and key initiatives.
  • Your Stakeholders: In this role, you will be part of the Europe DTC Management, collaborating closely with teammates from Retail and key functions including Retail Operations, HR, DTC Buying, Finance, and Country Leads. You will report directly to the Director Retail Europe and manage 8+ store manager teams.


YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience and Expertise: 3+ years of professional experience in area management as well as experience in retail transformation and omnichannel process implementation.
  • Analytical Skills: High understanding of relevant KPIs and data-driven decision making and the ability to create targeted analyses, reports, and decision templates.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Empathetic and motivating coach with proven organis ational and management skills, hands-on mentality and the ability to inspire team growth.
  • Communication and Competence: Strong communication skills and intercultural competence.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., German) are a plus.
  • Willingness to Travel: High readiness to travel within the assigned territory.
