At our Augsburg and Sibiu (Romania) locations, our seasoned teams from the disciplines of software development & testing, product ownership, and agile coaching are shaping the software products of tomorrow. By the way: in addition to a great team, you can work up to 70% remotely in full-time or part-time at baramundi, actively participate in real product development, and always share your honest opinion.

• GIVE DIRECTION You are responsible for the Scrum and SAFe implementation, coach various roles such as Product Owners, developers, stakeholders and management on agile & lean thinking patterns and Kanban
• INSPIRE PEOPLE You manage your tasks independently and determination, motivating several of our development teams, fostering, developing and coaching them towards self-organization and cross-functional teamwork
• IMPROVE You work on cross-team challenges with your colleagues in the Agile Coaching Chapter, experimenting and learning new things, continuously improving productivity and effectiveness
• BE CONFIDENT You take on the moderation, organization, and facilitation of events and activities, helping us create efficient and effective structures, workflows, and processes
• ENSURE QUALITY You handle impediments (identification and removal) and the conditions for the successful delivery of a valuable done increment
• THINK AHEAD You take control of sustainable development by promoting agile development practices - such as pair programming, refactoring, continuous integration and delivery - and help shape the organizational and operational structure to suit the current environment
• HAVE FUN You will find your place in our diverse and collegial environment

What we appreciate about you: / Bring mit, was wir an dir schätzen:

• Several years of professional experience in working with agile teams, ideally in a scaled agile environment
• In-depth methodological knowledge and experience/knowledge of common frameworks (e.g. Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean Management, SAFe, Less, Agile Scaling, OKRs)
• Outstanding communication skills with proven success in the areas of moderation, team development and conflict management
• High level of initiative, motivation, assertiveness, creativity and solution orientation
• Early recognition and elimination of impediments, conflicts and risks
• Completed degree or equivalent education
• Business fluent in German and English
