What you'll do


  • Be the trusted partner to our valued customers, expertly guiding them through a wide range of inquiries, from invoicing and pricing to license expansions and cloud migration.
  • Take the lead in driving our cutting-edge pricing model, actively engaging with existing customers to seamlessly transition them to this innovative solution.
  • Expertly onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth data integration process from their internal systems and facilitating cloud orders with ease.
  • Maintain the integrity of our CRM data, ensuring accuracy and enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Thrive in a collaborative, international environment where working at eye level is the norm, and your contributions are valued.


What you bring to the table


  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, coupled with a keen business acumen.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management roles, where you've honed your skills in building strong customer relationships.
  • A natural affinity for technology and software, enabling you to navigate complex systems with ease.
  • Exceptional service orientation and communication skills that set you apart in client interactions.
  • Fluency in English and German, enabling you to confidently engage with our global customers, partners, and colleagues. Proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset.
