What steps should you take to renew a patent licensing agreement?
Evaluate the success and profitability of the current licensing arrangement. Consider factors like the licensee's compliance with the agreement, sales performance, market changes, and your ongoing business needs. If you have a clause describing sales performance of the licensee, you can offer new conditions if licensee could not reach sales goals.
