  • Tiligulska wind power project

    Sayenko Kharenko has acted as a legal adviser to DTEK Renewables in relation to entering into a contract with Danish company Vestas, the world leader in the production of wind turbines. The contract provided for the joint implementation of the first phase of DTEK’s Tiligulska wind power project (WPP), with a capacity of 126 MW, in the Mykolaiv region, Ukraine.

  • 800 MW Wind Farm Project in Donetsk region

    Sayenko Kharenko acted as a legal adviser for WIND FARM LLC in relation to entering into an EPC contract with POWERCHINA. The contract provided for the joint implementation of an 800 MW wind farm in the Mangushskyi and Nikolskyi districts of the Donetsk region.

    The project will attract about USD 1 billion of investments in Donetsk region and create new jobs. It demonstrates a possibility to implement wind energy projects in Ukraine without the “green” tariffs and on the terms of selling…

    Project implementation is enhancing presence of Power Construction Corporation of China, LTD in sector of construction of renewable energy objects in Ukraine. Syvash Wind Farm – one of the biggest in Ukraine and start of its operation will increase share of “green” energy produced in the country.
