ZS-Handling Technologies bietet berührungslose Ultraschall-Handhabungssysteme für sensible Substrate, die kontaktloses Pick & Place, Fördern, Sortieren, Be- und Entladen sowie Inspizieren von Bauteilen ermöglichen. Durch die Ultraschalltechnik ist das berührungslose Handling an bearbeiteten oder beschichteten Oberflächen, auch von flexiblen Substraten, möglich. Durch die Vermeidung von Oberflächenkontakt können Mikrokratzer, Mikrorisse oder sonstige Beschädigungen verhindert werden. Da keine zusätzliche Luft für das Luftlager eingebracht wird, erzeugen unsere Systeme keine Verwirbelungen und Verschleppung von Verunreinigungen in der Luft. Dies ist ein deutlich reduziertes Risiko von Kontamination durch Partikel, wodurch unsere Systeme gut geeignet für Reinräume sind. Anders als bei herkömmlichen Luftlagern ist bei unserer Technik keine Drucklufterzeugung mit aufwendiger und kostenintensiver Luftaufbereitung erforderlich. Unsere Handhabungswerkzeuge benötigen lediglich eine elektrische Energieversorgung und ggf. einen Vakuumanschluss (Unterdruck).
