Young Energy Europe 3.0 has kicked-off! 🎊 We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Young Energy Europe 3.0, our successor project that’s set to empower young professionals across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Montenegro, and North Macedonia to become #EnergyScouts! The #EnergyScout trainings equip future #EnergyScouts with skills to analyze and uncover energy and resource-saving potentials within their companies. 🌿💡 Participants will have the chance to put their new gained knowledge and skills into action by developing their own practical project on #energyefficiency. The project is a joint effort with the German Chambers of Commerce in our partner countries with whom we just kicked-off the new project phase. 🚀 Our special guest Przemysław Kuczyński shared insights from a company's perspective on an #EnergyScout project developed at Volkswagen Poznan. New brochure on Young Energy Europe 2.0 just released! No low-hanging 🍏🍇 for energy efficiency in your company left, so why bother becoming an #EnergyScout? 🤷♀️ 🤷♂️ In this month's #bestpractice our #EnergyScouts Milan Mitic, Marina Mijić and Aleksandra Maksimovic prove that there is always room for optimization when it comes to #energyefficiency measures! 💡 Despite no “low-hanging fruits” at their Zumtobel Group plant in Niš, they designed an innovative practical project by installing frequency regulators on circulation pumps. Our monthly #bestpractice features the innovative practical project by our #EnergyScouts Katarzyna Zduńczykf and Tomasz Majek from Greenyard Logistics Poland. 👷♂️ 👷♀️ In their practical project they’ve successfully optimized the refrigeration system in their newly built frozen storage facility near Poznan. ❄ By adjusting installation parameters and fine-tuning settings, they’ve slashed electricity consumption by a whopping 704 MWh per year!
