It will also equip participants with practical strategies to take away. ✅ Your moderator: Clarissa Johanna Regler Clarissa is a Patent Attorney and Head of the IP Department Chemistry & Biotechnology at WINTER BRANDL in Germany. She is also a member of the AIPPI Standing Committee Biotechnology and a member of Women-in-IP (e.V.). Clarissa specialises in patent prosecution, opposition and nullity proceedings in the field of biotechnology and chemistry as well as conducting prior art searches, e.g. on patentability, oppositions, third-party observations and FTOs. Her clients are active in the fields of medical technology, food technology, technical chemistry and life sciences, with a focus on inventions for medical uses, nucleic acids and antibodies.
