✨ Workshop Recap: Building Connections and Appreciating Our Team ✨ During our summer event in Berlin, we had an incredible half-day workshop with Leaders With Attitude that left a lasting impression on all of us. 🌟 The workshop focused on getting to know each other better beyond our work roles. We kicked off the day with a "walk and talk" to Treptower Park, where we practiced active listening and engaging conversations. One of the most impactful moments was the appreciation round. It was heartwarming to hear everyone express how valuable and amazing each team member is, creating an atmosphere of mutual respect and gratitude. 🌞 Summer Event Recap 🌞 Last week, our global team came together in Berlin for an unforgettable summer event, and we want to share some highlights! 🌍✈️ The festivities kicked off on Thursday with a delightful BBQ on our lovely office balcony and games in the office. It was the perfect setting to welcome colleagues from around the world and enjoy some delicious food in great company. 🍔 Friday was the main event day, and it started with an insightful workshop – stay tuned for more details on that soon! 📅✨ After fueling up with a delicious lunch, we headed over to Insel der Jugend for an exciting Spree rallye. The paddle competition brought out our competitive spirits and was an absolute blast! 🚣♂️🏆 We wrapped up the perfect day at a charming beergarden, watching football and enjoying dinner and drinks while sharing stories and laughter until we called it a night. 🍻🌇 A huge thank you to everyone who joined and made this event so special. 🎉 We Love Football 🎉 We organized an incredible raffle for our team, and the prize was tickets to the highly anticipated EURO 2024 games in Berlin!⚽ Our lucky winners, Dave, Titouan, Pablo and Yossi, had the opportunity to attend amazing matches at the Olympia Stadion in Berlin. The days were perfect, with sunny weather adding to the excitement of the games. Some of our great partners also joined and cheered along with our colleagues at the games. 🥅 This initiative was a fantastic way to celebrate the spirit of sportsmanship. We believe in creating memorable experiences for our employees, and this raffle was just one of the many ways we aim to make our workplace an enjoyable and engaging environment. It's with great pleasure that we share today Anatolij's journey with us over the past years.
