Last Saturday, we hosted an unforgettable celebration for Vetter employees and their families from our Ravensburg, Langenargen, and Rankweil sites. Over 12,000 guests followed our invitation, and it was great to see so many happy faces, from the youngest children to our most seasoned staff. Every few years, we arrange these festivities to express our heartfelt gratitude towards our employees. It is a demonstration of our great admiration for their remarkable commitment and devotion, and also a significant acknowledgement to the families who support our team and their efforts for Vetter. It's these moments that remind us why we're more than just a company – we're a community built on shared values, trust and mutual support! We extend a big thank you to both our organizing team and our guests for making the "We are Family" event a resounding success. WOW. Over 570 of our colleagues laced up their running shoes and joined this year's ZF company run!! 👟🏃♂️ 107 colleagues took part in the run virtually. A huge shoutout to everyone who conquered that 5KM course around the exhibition center in Friedrichshafen. It was truly inspiring to see so many Vetter faces from so many departments come together to celebrate #teamspirit! Who else is already looking forward to next year's run? Count us in! 🙋♀️

Thrilled to share some highlights from our annual Trainee Event! This year, more than 80 of our talented trainees and dual students gathered at the Weilermühle Leisure Center to embark on an exciting adventure themed "Vetter Detectives: On the trail of Vetter DNA." 🧬 Through an engaging scavenger hunt with multiple stations, our trainees delved deep into our company's core values and culture. The day was filled with fun, laughter, and valuable insights as they uncovered the essence of what makes Vetter unique. 🤝 As these new teammates discovered, we believe that we can achieve great things through collaboration. Our latest recruits were able to glean valuable knowledge and build relationships that will set them up for success when they join us in September. 💼✨

We had an exciting afternoon at our clinical manufacturing site in Rankweil, Austria, yesterday! It was an honor to host Wilfried Hopfner, President of the Chamber of Commerce Vorarlberg (Wirtschaftskammer Vorarlberg), along with further representatives of his organization. Martin Schwab, our VP and site manager, and I enjoyed presenting the development of our site, discussing pharmaceutical industry challenges, and provided a comprehensive facility tour. For us at Vetter Pharma these kinds of interactions are incredibly valuable. The Chamber of Commerce plays a crucial role as an interface between industry and regional/federal politics, ensuring needs and perspectives from all sides are understood. Since we kicked off operations in Rankweil in 2020, we have felt very welcome here. Given the continuous growing demand from our customers, we look forward to a promising future of our site.
