👀 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗙𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 – 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗮'𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗔𝗣 Starting out as an optician, her career as an SAP consultant was somewhat unexpected. It was motherhood that inspired this bold career change: her son started kindergarten, and she started studying economics. Eventually, but not without detours, her path led Claudia to our #valanticfamily. 🚀 𝗜𝗧 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁? 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲! Claudia never pursued a career in IT. Her first exposures during her studies were purely pragmatic. IT is a means to an end - to make change happen. And to this day, her strength lies not so much in coding, but in analysing processes and implementing them in SAP. 🔍 𝗛𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀? 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀. Different personalities bring different perspectives. That’s why communicative extroverts find their place in consultancy as well as detail-oriented introverts.
