There was so much excitement and energy as participants pitched their solutions to an audience including challenge givers, PHOENIX group - Integrated Healthcare Provider board members and other senior stakeholders within the company. Over the course of this journey which started in March, LIFTees have gained so much, including: ✅ new innovation tools & methods ✅ improved cross-cultural and cross-department collaboration ✅ leadership expertise The feedback has been amazing and we look forward to seeing how the innovative ideas that emerged from the challenges continue to develop and create value for PHOENIX! 💚A big thank you to our partner at PHOENIX Tonje Hope for the fantastic collaboration in making this innovation journey happen.

What’s your contribution? I came late to the summer team retreat of parts of The DO. I arrived to incredible nature at an estate where people in all different corners where thinking about and discussing their contribution to managing the growth we are experiencing and the impact we aim for in supporting great companies to DO change better and faster. So amazing to see all these diverse incredibly talented people coming together around the question of: 👉 how can I contribute? 👉 how can I use my strengths? 👉 what makes my heart beet faster thinking about my contribution What are your abd your teams answers?

Purpose alone won't guarantee your organisation's success! Or to break it down further: Defining a purpose or mission statement for the company and then expecting employees to get on board is not ideal. Much more relevant is the question of whether each individual's purpose aligns with that of the organisation. In most cases, if there's alignment between personal motivation and what's driving the organisation, the result is enthusiastic, driven employees and business leaders who know where they're going, together. #sustainability #leadership #innovation
