Before her PHD-studies Maria was diving into the influence of gender-fair language on work-related measures. In Summer 2022, she graduated from an international master in WOP with a focus on research. In her master thesis, she explored the association of implicit gender stereotypes with salary offers for a male versus female candidate. 📍Now, we would like to invite you to her 15-minute study about the effect of short job advertisements (in German). When answering the questions, it is not relevant whether you are currently looking for a job. However, you should be at least 18 years old and be able to speak German fluently. No prior knowledge is required, instructors will help you from takeoff to landing. 👉Live-Training with the flight simulator started since July 1st, 2024. This activity is suitable for everyone. The CHESCO research institute at the Brandenburg Technical University Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU) has had its own production halls since 24th, May 2024. CHESCO stands for “Center for Hybrid Electric Systems Cottbus” and is a research facility for innovative drives. Initially, work will be done on drives for aviation, and later solutions for cars, trucks and ships will also be developed. Deutsches Zentrum für Luft-und Raumfahrt e.V. with two new institutes in Cottbus (Brandenburg) that will make industry and aviation more sustainable. Emitting less CO₂ is an urgent problem of our time. Solutions are being worked on in Cottbus. Supported by the funds for structural change. Almost a quarter of all greenhouse gas emissions in Germany are attributable to industry. The DLR Institute for Low-CO₂ Industrial Processes wants to change that and has a wide range of sectors in mind. For research purposes, the DLR has purchased a 13,500 square meter hall on the site of the former military airport in Cottbus and is currently equipping it with extensive test technology. This is being done in close coordination with the research factory Center for Hybrid Electric Systems Cottbus (chesco), a spin-off of the Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU), which plans and builds its own test benches. 👉Link in the comments below⬇️ #Cottbus #Germany

For her housework she is looking for volunteers for her online survey (in German).
