SVOLT Energy Technology (Europe) GmbH emerged in 2019, spreading its wings and landing in the beating heart of Europe. Headquarters of the European subsidiary is Frankfurt am Main. President SVOLT Europe & Vice President SVOLT Energy Technology is Mr. Kai-Uwe Wollenhaupt. SVOLT in general is now among the top 10 global manufacturers of automotive batteries. GOLDBECK has expertly revitalized the former "Laminate Park" in Heusweiler, transforming it into our first European factory. On the 150,000 m² site, they renovated five existing halls and added two new ones, creating a state-of-the-art complex. This project showcases sustainable modernization at its best. The buildings, originally constructed in 2005, have been repurposed and revitalized. Wir machen gestern zukunftsfit: SVOLT Energy Technology (Europe) GmbHs erste Batteriefabrik in Europa auf revitalisiertem Gelände 🔋🚗 Im ehemaligen „Laminate Park“ in Heusweiler sanierten wir für den Hersteller von Lithium-Ionen-Batterien und Batteriesystemen für Elektrofahrzeuge fünf Hallen. Zusätzlich errichteten wir auf dem insgesamt 150.000 m² großen Areal zwei neue Hallen. 🙌 Seit 1950 durchlief das Werksgelände mehrere Sanierungs- und Umnutzungsphasen. Wir holten nun das Beste im Sinne einer nachhaltigen Modernisierung raus: Die 2005 errichteten Gebäude blieben. Diese haben wir revitalisiert und schufen zusammen mit den Ergänzungsbauten einen Gebäudekomplex, der künftig als Modul- und Packfabrik genutzt werden soll.
