As part of Spherea's occupational health management program, we have been offering our employees a stress management workshop in collaboration with Janine Berger and Michael Knöferl since April. In four consecutive blocks, the focus was on what stress is, how stress works, how to cope with stress and ultimately how to stay stress-free. On Monday, the final event of our project took place with the students of the Systems Engineering Master's program at Technische Hochschule Ulm under the direction of Prof. Dr. Bank. The students used the phases of the system engineering process to develop the customer and system requirements as well as the architecture design for Spherea's TwinTrain workshop. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the students once again for their high level of commitment and the great results, which we can make very good use of. As part of an initiative of the Spherea Group and supported by Nicolas Favarcq (CTO of the Group) and Martin Kugelmann (Managing Director of Spherea Germany), a joint workshop was held on May 22, 2024 with Spherea employees from Ulm and Toulouse. The aim of this initiative was to define and ultimately implement a joint R&D project between the sites in Ulm and Toulouse. Using an innovative brainstorming method, which initially considered Spherea's strengths and opportunities, the teams were able to develop the ASTERIX concept. Finally, the next steps for the project were defined. The collaboration and intensive exchange of knowledge between the teams in Ulm and Toulouse not only strengthens technological expertise, but also promotes a new group spirit based on openness and the joint pursuit of innovative solutions. #brainstorming

We're excited to share the latest update from our partnership with the Anna-Essinger Gymnasium as part of the Girls Digital Camps initiative! As part of our ongoing commitment to encourage young girls in IT and tech, we’ve successfully transformed their 3D models to life. During our recent visit to the school, we showed how to prepare 3D models for printing. We then used our 3D printers to realize their designs in their chosen colors. We are already looking forward to our next visit, where the girls will see their designs brought to the real world. #gdc #womenintech #3dprinting

It was a great pleasure for our team in Ulm to meet the new HR Director Aleksandra Bzymek of SPHEREA Group and exchange frankly about the further steps in building an integrated team.

The Trouble Shooting training course took place recently. It comprised both theory and practical exercises, including the exemplary repair of a complex electronic system and learning about typical pitfalls and countermeasures. After a first round of practical exercises, we introduced an optimized procedure that enabled more efficient troubleshooting in the second round. Effective communication within the team and the application of the "10 golden troubleshooting rules" were particularly crucial to our success. The AOK company run 2024 took place yesterday.
