Successful Commissioning of the Electric Container Beam at Our Customer's Site! We are pleased to announce the successful implementation of our custom-designed Electric Container Beam at our customer's site. 🔧 This customized solution was developed to meet the specific requirements of our customer. A particular challenge was the lack of a power supply at the crane system, which necessitated our electric center of gravity adjustment. ⚡ Together with our customer, we decided on a state-of-the-art generator that perfectly meets our requirements and ensures reliable power supply. Thanks to the excellent collaboration of all parties involved and the trust of our customer, we were able to realize an innovative and efficient solution that is perfectly tailored to the customer's needs.

A Small Part of the Big Picture: Successful Final Inspection of the Counterweight Beam We are proud to announce the successful final inspection of the counterweight beam, developed in close collaboration with Evers GmbH. These three beams will be used on offshore platforms in the North Sea to facilitate maintenance work on machinery in the crane's shadow. Due to limited space, the counterweight is cleverly integrated within the beam body and can be precisely adjusted using a handwheel and spindle. The demanding conditions on the offshore platform required detailed planning, statics, and manufacturing in accordance with various Norsok standards and DNV-GL regulations. The load test and high-quality C5-H coating were, as always, carried out independently at our site in Neustrelitz.

Offshore Transport Rack for Blade Bearings The offshore transport rack for blade bearings is designed for the global sea transportation of blade bearings and has been certified by DNV according to strict standards. The required structural analysis, including fatigue verification, was carried out by our constructors at Axzion. The C5-M paint finish ensures optimal corrosion protection. These sturdy racks are now leaving our production site in Neustrelitz and are ready to travel the world, ensuring their valuable cargo reaches its destination safely.

🚀 Successful Application of the Upending Tool in La Rochelle, France! 🌊 Our Upending Tool (UET) has proven itself once again! In just 1.5 weeks, we achieved an impressive performance at the Atlantic Port of La Rochelle. 🏗️ With a self-weight of 90 tons and a lifting capacity of up to 1,850 tons, we were able to safely and efficiently install the monopiles. The versatility of our tool allows us to grip and clamp monopiles with or without flanges and adjust to various monopile diameters. This makes it an extremely flexible solution for different project specifications. Our redundant systems ensure that operations can be carried out safely and reliably, even under the most demanding conditions.
