WiFi Alliance turns 25 this year 🙌 The Wireless Ethernet Compatibility Alliance was founded in Austin, Texas on June 20, 1999. Today, the organization is known as the Wi-Fi Alliance. The Wi-Fi Alliance is dedicated to standardizing and certifying the use of wireless technology. Today, there are more than 30 billion devices carrying the Wi-Fi Alliance logo, and we congratulate the Wi-Fi Alliance on 25 years of success.
