Fashion takes the liberty to combine different eras and styles in a new way.  Freedom, openness and diversity are the big themes of this season. Travel through time: The 70s are reflected in bootcut shapes and flares, combined with shimmering satin blouses of the epoch. The 80s come along with their accentuated shoulders, strong materials and oversized silhouettes. The 90s and their minimalism stand for the current ”quiet luxury“ trend. The 00s are represented by slim skinny pants and sporty tops. RIANI x BW-Bank | WE CARE FOR EACH OTHER Yesterday was a beautiful summer event at our headquarters and we were delighted to team up with BW-Bank Stuttgart for this occasion. The evening began with an inspiring panel talk with Anja Backhaus as moderator and RIANI CEO Martina Buckenmaier and COO Mona Buckenmaier. They shared their insights on the history of RIANI, women in leadership positions and the inspirations and values we share with our customers and employees. In response to the floods in our region, RIANI has already made a generous donation for those affected by the floods and also organised a special fundraiser as part of the event under the motto ‘WE CARE FOR EACH OTHER’. Thanks to this initiative in the partnership with BW-Bank Stuttgart and our guests, we were able to raise another significant amount of money that will also benefit those affected by the floods.   #RIANI #WECAREFOREACHOTHER

RIANI x M.STORIES Female Business Festival Networking women, supporting them in the next steps of their careers and advancing the topics of diversity and female empowerment - this is the guiding principle of the M.STORIES Female Business Festival, which took place yesterday for the second time in Munich under the motto #GoBig. RIANI presented itself as a company and employer as well as a fashion label that has the perfect outfits for business and many other events. Our RIANISTAs Mona Buckenmaier, Felicitas Gutjahr und Ha Chi Dang and Franziska Beermann were on site and enjoyed the exciting conversations with many great women. COO Mona Buckenmaier was one of the many inspiring speakers and talked together with Nina Möller and Alexandra Szarmach about how to lead authentically and empower others.
