Good relationships make life! 👩🏼🤝🧑🏻 People are always at the centre of everything we do. That's why a good and open relationship with our employees is important to us. The same applies to our clients, who have been placing their trust in our services for years. 🤝 Our colleagues at the Wittlich site understand this too and made a personal visit to our client in beautiful France. 🚗🖐 This weekend was not just about exchanging expertise, but also about familiarising employees with the customer system and sharing knowledge. 🤗 💙 Great job guys and have a safe journey home!

Today we are introducing you to one of our branch managers from beautiful Saxony. 🙌 Sebastian has been working for us for what feels like half an eternity. He can still remember his start in 2007 very clearly: "Back then, I started in project management, supported project start-ups and was jointly responsible for planning warehouse processes and purchasing warehouse technology. That was all quite a long time ago," he says. And a lot has happened since then! In 2009, Sebastian went to our location in St. Petersburg for around 5 years and took over the position of branch manager there in 2010. "It was a great time and a great experience. But my home is Germany." In 2014, he returned to Leipzig as site manager. With up to 3 operating sites and around 400 employees on board, Sebastian also has a lot to do. "The familiar atmosphere and the wide range of decision-making options at Rhenus are just two of the reasons why I've been with the company for so long." 💙 And we are very happy about that! We hope that Sebastian will remain part of our Rhenus family for many more years to come. 🙌💙

Career fairs are always the same anyway and are therefore boring at some point? - Not with us ❗ On 30th November, our colleague Lena from our Talent Management team attended the Karrierekick Deutschland in Mannheim. This was a fun opportunity for interested students and companies to get to know each other and talk about topics such as careers and training. 🙌🚀 And this is how the event went: There were 25 football tables in the centre of the room, with company exhibition stands around.  Each round, the students and participants from the companies were assigned new players via their own smartphones. They then played table football together as a team and were able to discuss topics such as careers and training afterwards.  Each company also had an exhibition stand. After the games, the companies were able to exchange ideas and network.  It was a great and successful event. ⚽🚀😀 Take a look at the impressions of the Karriere Kick. 🙌 

Together with John Deere, Rhenus Automotive opened a new site in Genk, Belgium, on 7th December 2023. The new centre consists of a modern logistics building with an integrated production area and has excellent transport links to the port of Antwerp. 🚀🎯 Our colleagues in Genk not only handle complex assembly work and all logistics related to incoming goods, but are also responsible for exporting new machines. Particular attention was paid to ergonomic aspects when designing the assembly lines and all other work areas. Our Managing Director and the Chairman of Rhenus Automotive China gave a presentation at the VDE E-Mobility Conference 2023 on the topic of " Shaping change: Battery Lifecycle Management as the basis for sustainable e-mobility". 🔋⚡

🚀 Rhenus Automotive trade fair recap🌐      We can look back on a year of enriching job fair visits, exciting discussions and great encounters. We were able to get to know many interested visitors, represent Rhenus Automotive at various job fairs and expand our network. 🙌      We are already looking forward to our next trade fair visits in 2024! 💥
