As part of the ULI Europe Conference in Milan next week, we will be hosting site visits of assets that we have successfully redeveloped in the city. We will offer two exclusive guided tours that showcase our value-creation asset management approach, which strongly focuses on maintaining high sustainability standards and user centricity, while keeping the needs of our investors at its core.   The first tour will provide a detailed look at the transformation of a 1960s office building into a 5-star LEED Gold-certified hotel. The Radisson Collection Santa Sofia Hotel redevelopment was completed in 2023, setting a benchmark in contemporary design by introducing the concept of a hotel that enhances the area for both locals and visitors. The second tour will explore Corso Italia 23, an innovative office campus and one of the first zero-emission buildings in Italy, with more than 1,100 sqm of new green areas. Both assets contribute to the wider urban regeneration of the neighborhood, with the new metro Line 4 only steps away.
