🌈 As 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 comes to a close, we want to reflect on the amazing activities and events we held throughout June, celebrating diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplace. Our employees had the chance to participate in three global sessions, which were joined by 700 participants. These sessions, led by prominent figures, highlighted the importance of authenticity and inclusivity in professional settings: • 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠 (Btypep), as a TikTok sensation known for his incredible humor and storytelling, Btypep shared personal experiences that emphasized the importance of staying true to oneself. • Georges Azzi, as a social entrepreneur and human rights advocate, spoke about the significance of authenticity and empowerment for LGBTQIA+ individuals in the workplace. • Lauren Melanie Duncan, as a transgender advocate, shared her insights on transgender inclusion, drawing from her experiences in the community and professional settings. Their personal stories and insights empowered our community to embrace their true selves at work. 💖 Special thanks to Sandrine El Sauaf, Head of Global Leadership Development & Diversity, and Laurena Patti, the leader of our LGBTQIA+ Talent Resource Group, and her dedicated team members: Halvor Belbo Lukerstuen, Daaje Schoon, Anders Juul Andersen, Thomas Maas, and Vera Hövel, for making these events possible. 👏 Together with NTT DATA DACH, we also participated in the CSD in Munich, Germany with our shared motto, "Proudly Diverse.” The event saw 300,000 visitors, with 80 people joining us on the NTT DATA truck. 𝟯𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝗧𝗧 𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗔 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 not only stand for the digital transformation of entire industries but have also 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹𝘀' 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀.💙 Laura Lipponen has spent 26 years – half of her life – in various positions within the company! Laura's incredible journey began in 1995 when she moved from Finland to Germany for an internship. At the time, a Finnish client of ours, with a subsidiary in Schöppenstedt, was preparing to go live with SAP and needed hardworking people to manually transfer data. Her hard work quickly paid off, and she was hired as a full-time sales representative. Her career took a new turn as she moved into consulting, becoming a Junior Consultant in our office in Stuttgart. After 14 successful years in Service Delivery Consulting, Laura shifted her focus to people topics, ranging from recruiting and people development topics to Health and Well-Being, Global Leadership Development & Diversity. For the past 13 years, she has been passionately contributing to these areas from her base in Cologne—or during workations in Finland!
