He is a Non-Executive Chairman/Director on multiple UK and international boards. Dr. Hanns Ostmeier is an expert in Business Services and Industrials M&A. His former positions include President of the German Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, Senior Managing Director at The Blackstone Group, Senior Partner at BC Partners, and Executive Chairman of Halder Beteiligungsberatung GmbH. Dr. Hasso Kaempfe is an expert in change management and business organisation, with a focus on Consumer – Food & Beverages and Fashion sectors. Dr. Kaempfe currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Falke KGaA and is a Member of the Board of Fürsten-Reform GmbH & Co KG. Miriam van Straelen is an expert in modern leadership, building sustainable business models and products focusing on growth through digital transformation and innovation. Miriam brings more than 20 years of experience in consulting, e-comm and digital business. Miriam is currently a Partner at Roland Berger GmbH. KG, a leading manufacturer of special screws and fasteners, on the sale to Italian OME Metallurgica Erbese s.r.l., a portfolio company of IGI Private Equity . By joining forces both companies will jointly benefit from their extensive expertise, innovative technologies, and broad international networks, enhancing their competitiveness and attractiveness for skilled workers and specialists. The merger will enable them to meet the demands of the global market, develop innovative solutions and at the same time expand OME's presence in the German-speaking market. 🚀 On the 13th of June, MCF Partner Robert Bäckström had the privilege of participating in the "Straight Outta E-com" event hosted by Omniarch.
