    𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲’𝐬 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞? 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥! 🌟 Enter the Competing Values Framework (CVF) by Robert Quinn and Kim Cameron. It breaks down culture into four types based on six key aspects, like leadership style and strategic emphasis. 👍Key advantages are:  1️⃣ It is easy to understand.  2️⃣ It is widely used with supporting research and evidence.  3️⃣ It links leadership behaviors to the strengths and weaknesses of the workplace culture which are not always considered in culture assessments. 🛑 Its main limitation is that culture types in opposite quadrants are not competing. Real-world cultures can often be a blend of different dimensions.
