We were able to successfully conclude our 26th Annual General Meeting with around 250 Jenoptik shareholders attending in Jena. Thank you to all supporting colleagues for the professional performance! 👏 For example, they supported the admission, registration and exit of the shareholders, provided information on the company and product exhibits, assisted in the back office, general administration & coordination on site. What happened at the AGM? After a short introduction by Supervisory Board chairman Matthias Wierlacher, our CEO Dr Stefan Traeger and CFO Dr. Prisca Havranek-Kosicek summarized the #business and financial development in 2023, our corpoate strategy and outlook, followed by an FAQ session with the shareholders. He just met with the President of the European Commission, now our CEO Dr Stefan Traeger is on his way to the next appointment – the OWF - Ostdeutsches Wirtschaftsforum (East German Economic Forum). The Jenoptik CEO will be part of the “Press Debriefing” on 📅 June 2, 2024 after the opening panel with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and the Prime Minister of Lithuania, Ingrida Šimonytė, on the topic “European economies in times of geopolitical tensions”.
