🌟 𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗨𝗡'𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀! 🌟 We are excited to share a recent update in our commitment to sustainability. Our interns and working students recently organized a meaningful action where INGUN collected plastic bottles, topping up the raised funds to 1.000 EUR. This amount was donated to Earth Day International Deutsches Komitee e.V., showcasing our commitment to sustainable strategies. Our partners at Project EARTH 51 took notice of our initiative and were impressed by the dedication and coordination of our team. As a result, they have generously offered their “Power of Equity” course and certification to our interns and working students for free, for which we are incredibly thankful. The “Power of Equity” course is an online training focused on gender equity practices and sustainability leadership. It demonstrates how gender equity leads to better business outcomes and economic benefits worldwide. We are proud to support INGUN's young professionals as they gain these valuable insights and certifications. A big thank you to EARTH 51 for their support and for helping us promote a culture of equity and sustainability within our company. 🌍📚

𝗪𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 🌞 These were our highlights: ✅ Our Managing Director Armin Karl gave the starting signal with a short speech and our founder Wolfgang Karl tapped the Waldhaus keg. ✅ A delicious selection of food was on offer, from fish crispies and curried sausage to sweet and salty crêpes. ✅ Relaxed lounge music, a fun communication game organised by our culture team and of course the popular table football provided a casual atmosphere. ✅ We celebrated the summer together with Ingunians from near and far. ✅ After the temperatures dropped a little, the DJ put on some mood-setting music and attracted our colleagues to the dance floor. We are already looking forward to the next INGUN party!

During a tour of the plant, we showed how our latest investments in our production areas are helping to combine innovation and globalisation with Constance as a business location. 🌍🏭

"𝗚𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿": 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 For the second time, we had the pleasure of hosting a very special event: our Partner Day. Last week, we welcomed our global network to our headquarters in Constance, Germany. While last time we focused solely on our suppliers, this year we have developed our event format into a true partner day. We changed the format because we want to engage not only with our manufacturing suppliers, sharing our strategies and visions, but also with all those who support us daily with their knowledge and services. This will create a solid base for further collaboration and make our future collective growth ambitions even more tangible. 🌍🚀 A special highlight of the event was the presentation of our Supplier Awards in the fully categories: 🏅 Best Newcomer 🏅 Best Development 🏅 Best Quality A big thank you to all the participants and INGUN staff who made this day truly special!
