Hockenheim's Lord Mayor is impressed by the performance of the globally active recycler INDRA RECYCLING The recycling company INDRA, based in Hockenheim since 1993, specialises in metal separation and is one of the leading companies in this field. Especially in today's world, when the focus is specifically on finite resources, sustainability can be placed in the foreground through recycling. By reprocessing the various metals such as aluminum, copper, brass, but also stainless steel, the industry can be served again and the scarce resources can be used sensibly. The quality standards are immensely high, because only the best quality can be used to recycle the raw materials. For example, the processed metals are reused in the automotive industry, where of course only flawless material can be used. The company operates on international markets and is thus a global player in the recycling cycle. "During my visit it was exciting to see what the recycling cycle looks like in real life and how quickly the delivered materials are processed and recycled for onward transport. The technical facilities and precautions, also for environmental protection, are already immense," says Mayor Zeitler. "Even if there are small remnants of non-recyclable materials, it is fascinating to see what is added back to the cycle of raw material inflows. It's a good thing that we can make a contribution to recycling through such a local company," adds Marcus Zeitler.   #professionalmetalcompetence #indrarecycling
