💧🚛 HYDAC's smart band strap for hydrogen tanks: safe, strong, clever ✊💪🤓 Hydrogen is highly compressible, which is why a pressurised gas container expands when it is filled and returns to its original shape when it is emptied. Nevertheless, HYDAC's flexible band strap solutions always have a secure grip on hydrogen tanks and can withstand more than 20,000 refuelling cycles without any loss of function. The innovation: the combination of a band strap and an in-house developed sensor which constantly provides information on how the tank is mounted.
