Herring salads are filled into rectangular cups of different sizes and heights in the filling range from 200 ml to 500 ml on an area of just over four square metres. The GRUNWALD-UF white cheese cup filling line goes on a big journey! 🌊🚢 At Grunwald, the correct packaging of machines is not a luxury, but an absolute necessity. Safe machine transport across the world's oceans, 34 days at sea, surrounded by salt water and moisture, requires certified and seaworthy packaging carried out by experts to prevent corrosion and rust formation or even the destruction of the electronics. In addition, this elaborate packaging protects the machine against vibrations and shocks and guarantees its functionality and value retention. Further protection for the machine during the long transport is provided by the special desiccant inside the packaging (2 sea crates with a length of 7.85 m and 9.15 m), which guarantees absolute dryness for several months, depending on the desired transport duration. The desiccant acts like a super sponge and protects all materials and sensitive electronics from any traces of moisture that may still be present in the machine. All wood materials used by Grunwald for overseas transport are treated in accordance with international transport regulations as per the ISPM 15 standard in order to prevent the introduction and spread of wood pests and pathogens through packaging wood. Our summer party last Friday at the Grunwald-Alm was an unforgettable evening full of highlights. ✨ Right from the start, everyone was cheering for Germany at the public viewing - what a fantastic atmosphere! Unfortunately, Germany´s outstanding effort wasn't enough for the next round, but the enthusiasm and team spirit were simply fantastic. There was delicious food from the grill - a truly impressive BBQ experience. The whole thing was accompanied by a rousing brass band that also played the Grunwald-March and created an incredibly good atmosphere throughout the evening. 🎶 We celebrated, laughed and enjoyed our time together until the early hours of the morning. Last day of STADTRADELN in the district of Ravensburg! The GRUNWALD-VELOTEAM will be pedalling hard once again! 🚴♂️🌍 When this year's city cycling ends today, all cyclists from the Grunwald cycling team can proudly say: We have been hard-working and have pedalled hard! To date, a total of 555 teams with 8,540 active members have cycled more than 1.6 million kilometres in the district of Ravensburg on over 100,000 trips, avoiding around 300 tonnes of C02 in the process. These are already remarkable and impressive figures. We are looking forward to finding out which position we will achieve. Ultimately, however, it doesn't matter whether we end up on the winners' podium or not, because together we have made a great contribution to our environment and our health. Flexibility redefined: The 360-degree bucket filler for efficient filling. Grunwald bucket fillers are available in the HITTPAC XL and ROTARY XL versions. The fully automatic, format-flexible rotary-type bucket filling machines complement the series of linear bucket filling machines and require virtually no change parts. The ROTARY XL offers additional bucket filling options, allows the installation of further customised stations and is also available in an ultra-clean version. If the available space is very limited, our rotary-type bucket fillers with their small footprint are a compact solution for carrying out all filling processes with buckets with a dosing range of 1 - 10 litres, and up to 20 litres in a bespoke version. The open design allows good accessibility. Today is chocolate pudding day. 🍮🥄 Chocolate lovers are sure to find the perfect opportunity to crown this day with a sweet chocolate pudding treat! The history of pudding goes back a long way. In the Middle Ages, it was refined with ingredients such as milk, eggs and sugar. It was not until the 19th century, with industrial production, that chocolate pudding became popular. Today, the food industry offers pudding in individual portions or family pots, often supplemented with cream and various sauces. The variations are numerous and there are no limits to creativity. As a machine manufacturer for the food industry, we know the requirements for filling chocolate pudding. Pudding has a thicker, creamy consistency, is often filled hot, and requires precise dosing. Pudding is filled in Grunwald filling systems with pH values of between 6.65 and 6.90 for an extended shelf life. The peroxide-free and certified sterilisation process with pulsed-light high-power UV(C) lamps guarantees germ-free packaging materials. The process has no harmful effects on the environment or employees. For the fully automatic filling of different delicatessen products with frequent product changes, we recommend the GRUNWALD rotary-type machine concept with its mobile dosing systems. If small volumes are to be filled, the rotary-type machine can be equipped with a special hopper and guarantees filling of all products down to the last cup, accurate to the gram. In addition, this filling accurate to the gram is supported by an integrated scale with automatic weight readjustment and by the individual servo drives of the dosing pistons.
