We believe that every new beginning should be celebrated. ✨ That's why we have started sending welcome postcards to all our new employees. It's our small gesture to say: "We're looking forward to the journey together!"   This week, we received a special surprise. We got a postcard back!  But not in the way you might think. It came from a new employee who is currently on vacation. He sent us a postcard from this wonderful place to share his joy with us.   We look forward to many more surprises and to see our fanatec community continue to grow. Last week, we held our leadership & management workshop for the first group of our management team. It was important to us that many different departments were represented. Managers often face a variety of challenges in their day-to-day work: whether it's motivating the team, managing complex tasks or adapting to constantly changing conditions.  Topics such as staff appraisals, conflict management and leading the team through a transformation process were worked on and discussed over two days. The first evening was rounded off with a fireside chat joined by Andres Ruff (CEO) and Marco Schubert (Head of HR & Organization).   Looking back, it was a complete success and we are looking forward to offering this workshop to the following groups. 😎 #teamfanatec

We were part of the Landshut company run! 🏃♂️ We competed with 12 starters. It was a huge success for our runners. 💪 Our 1st mixed relay team was able to secure 56th place out of a total of 600 teams! Our fastest runner was Stefan with 25 minutes for 6km. We are very proud to have been part of this event and are already looking forward to next year 😍 #teamfanatec

Last week, we joined the LA eRacing e.V. Ginny Evo shakedown event, as we have been supporting the LA e-racing team as a sponsor for many years. There were exciting presentations and insights into the work of the students.   Students are an important part of fanatec and we employ our students in many different areas. 🎓 Are you also interested in working for us as a working student? Around a week ago, on 8th May, we had the pleasure to meet great potential talents at our stand at the SKB career fair in Landshut and overall it was a great success! Sabrina (HR), Marco (E-Sports Team) and Tim (working student in EE) had the chance to speak with many students and other visitors.    Additionally, we had the chance to have a cooperation stand with LA eRacing e.V. the student racing team of Landshut Universtiy, as FANATEC is proudly the main sponsor of the team.  Thank you to all visitors and to LA eRacing e.V. for the great fair. We are already looking forward to next year!

We go one step further. Our first employee, who will be writing his bachelor's thesis with us, started at the beginning of April. We are so pleased to welcome Johannes to the software department. He will be actively supported by his tutor Saurabh Electrical Engineer (left) and our Head of Software Development Markus (right).
