Initially unaware what emlen's solution could offer, Julian shared some of the challenges they were having: ↳ 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱𝘀 like collecting business cards and endless email back-and-forth slowing down their work. ↳ 𝗟𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 where they couldn’t see who was interested in their products and not knowing what people wanted. ↳ 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 because people in the sales team all had different ways of doing things, which caused confusion and wasted time. ↳ 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀 with many stakeholders and no simple system to manage it all. 𝗚𝗵𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲 If you're nowhere to be found after the deal is done, you’re leaving money on the table! 5. 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘀 You’ll repeat your mistakes when you don’t learn from them.
