We are pleased to welcome Andreas Propp, a recognized expert in medical law and health insurance law.   The former legal advisor to the Federal Joint Committee (G-BA) will join Dierks+Company as partner on July 1, 2024.   Andreas Propp worked for over 14 years as legal counsel in the legal department of the Federal Joint Committee and is considered a specialist in health technology assessment (HTA) issues. Die Initiative #change4RARE hat im Jahr 2023 basierend auf Vorarbeiten aus verschiedenen Round Table-Diskussionen und Werkstatt-Gesprächen Handlungsfelder für die Verbesserung der Diagnostik und Versorgung von Menschen mit seltenen Erkrankungen entwickelt. Zusammen mit den Expert:innen der Initiative möchte change4RARE diese Handlungsfelder an Entscheidungsträger:innen in der Politik und Selbstverwaltung adressieren und sich für eine Umsetzung einsetzen. Die vier Kernbotschaften stellen die Leitplanken für die Handlungsfelder dar:
