Thank you PINK GmbH Thermosysteme for the support and interest in testing the #Cuprum series of sintering pastes from CuNex GmbH. Two days of extensive testing at their facility in Germany enabled us to set up a stable process for both the hard tool and soft tool systems. The new low temperature pastes specially designed for large area sintering were successfully tested with both the soft and hard tool set ups and we look forward to exciting partnerships and collaboration moving ahead.
