Experience the Future of Mobility . Yesterday, Paderborn's Town Hall Square offered a chance to learn more about the innovative NeMo.bil project by the Neue Mobilität Paderborn e.V. initiative. The latest cab prototypes developed by INYO Mobility GmbH were presented. Vice-Chancellor and Minister of Economy Robert Habeck was also on-site to get a firsthand look. His ministry is funding the project with 17 million euros. NeMo.bil focuses on developing and implementing a swarm-like mobility system. Hubs are being created at central nodes to serve as mobility-energy interfaces. Rides are tailored to individual needs – without interruptions or vehicle changes from the starting point to the destination. Robert Habeck emphasized: “It is a key task to enable mobility for everyone, including in rural areas, and thereby strengthen the equivalence of living conditions. Autonomous on-demand shuttles can make an important contribution here. The New Mobility project is one of the most promising mobility initiatives in Germany. The goal now is to work together on solutions that can be implemented quickly on a broad and regional scale.” As a proud partner of the Neue Mobilität Paderborn e.V. initiative, CP Tech is collaborating with many other partners from industry and science to successfully implement the innovative NeMo.bil project. Better together 💪 . Last week, the UPBracing Team from the Universität Paderborn visited us. Every year, around 70 students work on developing and building a single-seater electric racing car according to the regulations. The team participates in the international Formula Student engineering competition, competing against over 600 universities from around the world on renowned racetracks. Part of the competition includes presenting a self-developed business plan and a detailed engineering design report. We are proud to support the team as a long-standing partner and have gladly served as judges and feedback providers. White Angel for Fly and Help at the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring! After a final touch-up, the Beetle RSR with starting number 13 has arrived in the Green Hell and is ready for the legendary 24-hour race. The large team led by Bernd Albrecht acts voluntarily and collects donations for the construction of schools in developing countries with the Reiner Meutsch Foundation Fly&Help. In this way, twelve schools have already been built in recent years, improving the educational opportunities of disadvantaged children all over the world. Fly&Help is not only making a difference on the race track, but also beyond and is committed to create more education and equal opportunities! All German locations of Koninklijke Nedschroef Holding B.V. – Altena, Beckingen, CP-Tech, Fraulautern, Plettenberg and Schrozberg – can now call themselves "Ausgezeichnete Ausbildungsbetriebe" (excellent work placement company)! This seal of quality is the largest independent and neutral certification for training facilities in Germany. Our apprentices participated in an anonymous survey, answering approximately 100 detailed questions regarding the quality of their training. From training content to the working atmosphere and future opportunities. The apprentices particularly appreciate the positive work environment, the collaboration with colleagues, the varied work, the respectful treatment, and promising career prospects.
