    How can AI enhance our professional and personal lives? How can we use tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney as a “Co-pilot” in our daily work to increase efficiency? Our PR & Corporate Communications Team recently uncovered the answers during an intensive 2-day AI workshop hosted by Sven Wiesner & Dan Nommensen from Neon Gold Innovations. This experience showcased how AI can serve as a “Co-pilot” in our daily work, boosting efficiency and creativity. The atmosphere was characterized by fun, enthusiasm, amazement, and even a touch of “spooky” at times. Here are some highlights: 📝 Writing effective prompts: Understanding how to communicate with AI for optimal results and how to simplify workflows with AI. 💬 Interactive feedback: Engaging sessions with colleagues provided valuable insights and sparked new ideas. 🤝Hands-on practice: Real-world practice sessions that were not only useful, but also ready to implement immediately. 👩🍳 Beyond the job: From recipe ideas and bedtime stories for the kids to crafting wedding speeches and planning vacations, the team explored how ChatGPT can also assist in our everyday tasks. Over the past years, we've achieved significant milestones, such as ensuring our products are 100% vegan and free from microplastic particles, and reducing CO2 emissions in our logistics by 20%. This year, we were honored with the “Lean & Green” award for our efforts. 🌿 Despite some challenges, we are committed to finding solutions with courage, creativity, and collective strength. In this spirit, we hosted the first-ever cosnova Sustainability Day under the theme "Make up our future together." It was a day filled with inspiration and idea exchange on the most pressing sustainability issues in our industry. 🎤 The stage program featured a keynote by Oona Horx Strathern, international speaker, author, and trend expert. We also heard from experts from our partners like GEKA GmbH packaging manufacturer and dm-drogerie markt Deutschland.
