Our brand-new BUTLERS@home24 store in the heart of Hamburg is now officially open! 🎉 At the end of last month, we proudly unveiled our latest venture, featuring two stunning floors of curated home decor and essentials. 🏡 On the ground floor, you'll find the vibrant world of BUTLERS GmbH & Co.KG, where every home enthusiast can find inspiration in an array of delightful decorative items, kitchenware, cozy cushions, and unique gifts. Venture up to the top floor, and you'll discover our largest home24 showroom area yet, showcasing the latest trends and timeless classics in furniture and home accessories. 🛋️ The opening of this BUTLERS@home24 store was nothing short of spectacular, and we're thrilled with the warm reception from the community. #BUTLERSgoes: Digital X & DMEXCO Köln wurde Ende September im Rahmen der Digital X und der DMEXCO - Digital Marketing Expo & Conference erneut zum Schauplatz für Marketeers und all diejenigen, die sich für Digitalisierung interessieren. 💫 Die Veranstaltungen waren eine fantastische Gelegenheit, um sich mit Leuten aus der Szene über die neuesten Entwicklungen und Trends auszutauschen und bereichernde Gespräche zu führen. Auch unser Digital-Team hat an den Veranstaltungen teilgenommen und einige spannende Eindrücke und Erkenntnisse sammeln können, denn unser Büro liegt schließlich direkt im Herzen der Medienstadt, unweit der Veranstaltungsorte. Unsere Homies waren sogar als Speaker auf der DMEXCO im Rahmen der Google Masterclass vertreten. Teresa Rüskamp (Product Owner MarTech) hat passend zum Hauptfokus der Veranstaltung, Künstliche Intelligenz, wertvolle Insights aus dem Hause home24 SE zum Thema First-Party-Data mit KI-gestützen Google Ads Lösungen geteilt und vorgestellt, wie diese uns helfen noch bessere Ergebnisse im Bereich Customer Value zu erzielen. 🎤 Die beiden Veranstaltungen haben uns einmal mehr ins Gedächtnis gerufen, wie wichtig kontinuierliche Weiterbildung und die aktive Teilnahme an der digitalen Community sind, um bei all den innovationsträchtigen Möglichkeiten nicht auf der Strecke zu bleiben. 🤝 Wir freuen uns jetzt auf das Brainstorming und die Umsetzung der neuen Ideen. #BUTLERS #DigitalX #DMEXCO #innovation #digitalisierung #marketing #ecommerce _______________________________________________________________ #BUTLERSgoes: Digital X & DMEXCO Cologne once again turned into a venue for marketeers and all those interested in digitalisation at the end of September as part of Digital X and DMEXCO - Digital Marketing Expo & Conference. 💫 The events were a fantastic opportunity to exchange ideas and have enriching conversations with experts about the latest developments and trends. Our digital team also took part in the events and was able to gather some exciting impressions and insights, as our office is located right in the heart of the media city, not far from the venues. Our homies were present as speakers at DMEXCO as part of the Google Masterclass. #BUTLERSgoes: home24 Headoffice Berlin🏙️ Die Kolleginnen und Kollegen von BUTLERS und home24 SE haben sich kürzlich in Berlin getroffen, um ein weiteres spannendes Leadership-Seminar abzuschließen, das frische Impulse für unsere (werdenden) Führungskräfte bringt. 💼✨ Die persönliche und professionelle Weiterentwicklung unserer Mitarbeitenden ist ein wesentlicher Anker unserer Unternehmenskultur. Die Teilnehmenden haben sich über vier Monate hinweg in verschiedenen Stationen zum Thema Führung ausgetauscht, eigene Ansätze und Stärken reflektiert und effektive Methoden rund um die Themen Kommunikation, Delegation und Performance Management herausgearbeitet.
