Officemanagement from files 📁 to smiles 😊 In this article, we would like to briefly introduce you to our office management and its activities, which are managed by Flo since 2021. Office management forms the heart ❤️ of our office and ensures smooth organization and effective communication 🗣️ between management, employees and our clients. The areas of responsibility are varied and generally include the organization, monitoring and coordination of office workflows. This includes administrative tasks such as checking invoices🧾 , managing buildings🏢, insurance📝, inventories, vehicle fleet 🚘 and office supplies 📎. In addition to the administrative tasks, one of the most challenging and interesting aspects of office management is the close interaction with HR. This includes the onboarding of new employees, including preparation and follow-up, as well as the coordination and monitoring of time sheets⏰, vacation planning 🗓️ and sickness management 🤧. Of course, office management also administers personnel files📁, is responsible for employment contracts 📋 as well as agreements 🤝 and prepares references and other documents 📑 for employees. Das Officemanagement bildet das Herzstück ❤️ unseres Büros und gewährleistet eine reibungslose Organisation sowie die effektive Kommunikation 🗣️ zwischen der Geschäftsführung, den Mitarbeitern und unseren Kunden. Die Aufgabenbereiche sind vielfältig und umfassen im Allgemeinen die Organisation, Überwachung und Steuerung der Büroabläufe. Dazu zählen administrative Tätigkeiten wie die Überprüfung von Rechnungen 🧾, die Verwaltung von Gebäuden 🏢, Versicherungen 📝, Lagerbeständen, Fuhrpark 🚘 und Büromaterialien📎. Neben den administrativen Aufgaben stellt die enge Verknüpfung zum Bereich HR eine der herausforderndsten und interessantesten Aspekte des Officemanagements dar. Dazu gehören das Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter inklusive Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie die Koordination und Überwachung von Zeiterfassung ⏰, Urlaubsplanung 🗓️ und Krankheitsmanagement 🤧. We support our clients from planning 📝 and operational management all the way through to the implementation of a standardized finance and controlling system 💵. As part of the "One Finance" program, we are designing an innovative framework for the areas of accounting and controlling. This framework 🔳 is based on standardized methods, processes and latest SAP technology (S/4 Hana). In addition to supporting the components of the system that have already been rolled out, our task is to coordinate the next stages of the roll-in. This includes regular coordination 👥 with the roll-in organizations throughout Germany 🇩🇪 as well as interface coordination which ensures the smooth transfer of all functions of the legacy systems to the new "One Finance" system. In our day-to-day work, for example, we attend the jour fixes 📞 of the individual departments in order to be constantly informed about new developments and to implement these as part of the roll-in. It is also our task to monitor the roll-in budget 💵 so that the roll-in budget is not overstretched. We are also involved in all management decisions relating to the roll-in in order to confirm the expenditure, both financially 💵 and in terms of personnel 👥. It’s throwback Thursday ⏮ 2023 was an exciting year with many new impressions for test management team. We had two large projects that we supported nationally 🇩🇪 as well as internationally 🌍 throughout the year. Part of our team immersed themselves deeply in the world of our international customers, from Japan 🇯🇵 to Austria 🇦🇹 to Romania 🇷🇴 and Bulgaria 🇧🇬. The other part of the team tested a product with another customer across Germany, rolled it out, managed it and actively supported its further development. We created test plans, supervised test phases, carried out tests, participated in product development, gave trainings and led workshops 👩🏫🧑🏫. And now, as we look forward to 2024, we know our journey 💼 is far from over. We will continue to work on the two major projects and face the new challenges and projects with even more enthusiasm and determination 💪! ————- It’s throwback Thursday ⏮ 2023 war für uns im Testmanagement ein spannendes Jahr mit vielen neuen Eindrücken. Wir hatten zwei große Projekte, welche wir das komplette Jahr national 🇩🇪 und international 🌍 begleiten durften. Ein Teil unseres Teams tauchte tief in die Welten unserer internationalen Kunden ein, von Japan 🇯🇵 über Österreich 🇦🇹 bis hin nach Rumänien 🇷🇴 und Bulgarien 🇧🇬. Der andere Teil des Teams hat mit einem weiteren Kunden Deutschlandweit ein Produkt mitgetestet, ausgerollt, betreut und aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung unterstützt. Hierbei haben wir Testpläne erstellt, Testphasen betreut, Tests durchgeführt, bei der Produktentwicklung mitgewirkt, Schulungen gegeben und Workshops geleitet 👩🏫🧑🏫. Und jetzt, in freudiger Erwartung auf das Jahr 2024, wissen wir, dass unsere Reise ✈️ noch lange nicht zu Ende ist.
