If you have experience as a Project Manager, and feel you will be able to fit in with our team we are eager to hear from you! 📚 Training will be given 👷♂️ You will be welcomed into a small team of 11 employee We have one branch in the UK and branches abroad, so some travel will be included. 🚛 🌍 Experience & Skills: - Excellent leadership and negotiation skills - Persistence and determination to complete the project - Attention to detail - Ability to prioritise between the different tasks contributing to the project’s deliverables - Skills to manage costs, risks and contingencies 🔎What will your role as a Project Manager look like? - Ensure and maintain a working knowledge of all company equipment and their safe use - Co-ordination and preparation of project works including loading list - Briefing, instruction and information of the workers in terms of internal and external regulations, instruction and target agreements - Check and release timesheets of the subordinates - Check and ensure qualification verification of the subordinate employees - Leadership and disposition of employees in consideration of their personal qualifications and relative contract requirements - Support the enhancement of client relationships by fulfilling the guidelines - You will be cooperative and provide support to both employees and clients - Special tasks (dense loading, specialist training etc) in accordance with the personal qualification - The correct submission and completion of all field project relevant data - When necessary provide assistance in the workshop or other activities as required of the role, participation in the preparation of project related activities and training - Communicate directly to the Business Unit Manager, Supervisors and employees - Report any incidents or near misses that affect the company, colleagues or clients - Fully cooperate and contribute to the implementation of the company’s principles and the QSHE management system - Participating in BUCHEN-ICS Group projects if required. Trefft Murat, einen unserer Werkstattmitarbeiter bei BUCHEN-ICS am Standort in Köln, der dies in seiner Funktion mit seinen Kollegen täglich beweist. Murat ist verantwortlich für die Prüfung und Instandhaltung von Großgeräten für unser Geschäft, wie den Luftförderanlagen für das Katalysator-Handling. Er stellt sicher, dass die gesamte Ausrüstung stets in einwandfreiem Zustand ist und die Arbeit am Projektort reibungslos abläuft. Gemeinsam mit seinen Kollegen kümmert er sich auch um das Verladen und Entladen des gesamten Materials für verschiedene Aufgaben. Das Vertrauen, das unsere Mannschaft in seine Arbeit setzt, bedeutet ihm viel, da er indirekt für die reibungslosen Abläufe am Einsatzort und somit für den Erfolg des gesamten Projekts verantwortlich ist. Er sagt, dass der Betrieb wie ein Fußballfeld ist – man muss seinen Kollegen vertrauen, denn jeder hat seine Stärken und bietet Unterstützung, genau wie auf dem Spielfeld. ⚽ 🥅 Murat ist ein sehr positiver und kommunikativer Mensch, und seine Hobbys spiegeln seine vielseitige Persönlichkeit wider: Er reist gerne, trifft sich mit Freunden und spielt tatsächlich Fußball. The best teams are like a well-coordinated #football team. ⚽🏃♂️ They trust each other and work hand in hand. Meet Murat, one of our workshop colleague at BUCHEN-ICS in Cologne, who proves this daily in his role together with his team. Murat is responsible for the inspection and maintenance of large equipment for our projects, such as for example, the air conveyor systems for catalyst handling. He ensures that our equipment is always in the best condition and that work runs smoothly. Together with his colleagues, he takes care of loading and unloading all materials for various tasks. The trust that our team places in his work means a lot to him, as he is indirectly responsible for the smooth processes at the project site and thus for the success of the entire project. He says that the operation is like a football field - you have to trust your colleagues, as everyone has their strengths and provides support, just like on the field. 🥅⚽ Murat is a very positive and communicative person and his hobbies reflect his versatile personality: he enjoys traveling, meeting friends, and playing football. Dadurch ist jedes Projekt individuell, was für ihn die Arbeit nie eintönig macht. Sein persönliches Motto? Nicolas strebt danach, jeden Tag positiv zu bleiben und selbst an "regnerischen" Tagen mit einem Lächeln durchzugehen. 🌈 ☔Er glaubt fest daran, dass selbst schlechte Erfahrungen eine Gelegenheit bieten, daraus zu lernen. Together with the sales team, he takes care of all aspects of sales order processing, from receiving and processing customer inquiries to maintaining project lists and creating and calculating offers. What Nicolas appreciates most about his work are the diverse tasks and the interaction with a variety of programs and communication media. He supports small and large customers in the chemical, petroleum, steel, paper and glass industries not only in Germany, but also abroad. As a result, each project is unique, which makes work fun for him. His personal motto? Nicolas strives to stay positive every day and to go through "rainy" days with a smile. 🌈☔ He firmly believes that even bad experiences offer an opportunity to learn from them. Therefore, his motto is: "To improve, you must challenge yourself every day."   To balance work, Nicolas enjoys going to the gym or fishing at the lake. 🏋️🎣  He likes spending time with family and friends in cozy Cologne cafes and he also likes cooking.
