The journey continues 🚀 One year ago, we successfully started our Group-wide corporate #responsibility project Future Youth. The aim is to introduce young people to the world of work and help them make informed decisions about their professional future. In 2024, numerous students have already participated in the learning program and many more will follow. What a great start into the new financial year 🚀! Over the past few weeks, we've been getting the teams from all our European subsidiaries in the mood for 2024/25 with a mix of virtual and on-site kickoff events. As well as previewing new applications, innovative chemical products and upcoming cutting-edge services we're planning to offer our customers, one of the highlights was the recognition of successful sales reps as well as special achievements by local colleagues. Great news 📣 At this year's German Brand Award, one of the most important national marketing awards, we won twice! Firstly, with our event series to introduce the new BERNER brand to more than 7.000 employees across Europe and secondly, with the unique strategy behind the brand relaunch. In both categories ('brand communication - brand events' and 'brand strategy - B2B') we were honoured as winner 🏆! The two awards are representative of the great achievements of the entire team, who not only gave their all for the successful relaunch, but also bring our new brand to life every day. We couldn't be more #proud!

Happy 1st birthday to our new BERNER brand 🎂! One year ago we initiated the biggest brand relaunch in our company's history by introducing it to more than 7.000 employees at nine events across Europe. And what a journey it has been since then: over the past year, we have successively redesigned all brand elements according to our new visual language, including products, depots, company cars and offices, to name just a few. We could not be more #proud of what we've achieved over the past year. A big thank you goes to all the hard-working colleagues who have given their all to make this relaunch such a great success and are working hard every day to bring our new brand to life. What a successful start to the outdoor season: The “Kleeblatt” kindergarten in Waldenburg, close to our founding location in Künzelsau, is now busy gardening and will soon be harvesting delicious fruit, vegetables and herbs. They are equipped with three new raised beds and a herb snail, which we donated and installed as part of our social commitment. 🌱🍓🍏 Five colleagues worked hard on site for a whole day. First, an old, dilapidated raised bed was removed and the area cleared of undergrowth and weeds. This was followed by the setup of the equipment, which was planted with seedlings and seeds at the end. A big thank you goes to the motivated helpers who clearly showed what #pushingthelimits means in terms of our corporate responsibility! 👏   #csr #social #responsibility #valuedriven

Welcome to the BERNER family: In the 2023/24 financial year, we opened four brand-new BERNER depots in Rennes (France), Brescia (Italy), Valencia (Spain), and on the Azores (Portugal). Brand-new in the truest sense of the word because they shine in our new BERNER #brand #design: rebellious, different, unique. 💥 The depots are based on a modern and customer-centric showroom concept. For example, we draw attention to our top sellers with our HIGHLIGHT PILLARS, demonstrate our #innovative #chemical #products at the CHEMICAL BAR or serve a coffee in the BERA CORNER while presenting our latest BERA solutions. And the four new depots are just the beginning: In the coming years, we will be redesigning existing depots and opening many more as well. In our #sustainability activities, we focus primarily on the levers that we can pull ourselves. For example, we have just introduced a new, more climate-friendly #packaging concept for all our deliveries: From now on, we will only use CO2-neutral filling material in all 13 logistics centers. The air cushions are made from plant waste and processed packaging waste. 📦🌱 After delivery, the material can be disposed of with the recycling waste and thus returned to the material cycle. This measure enables us to save more than 1.7 million liters of water (which corresponds to approx. 11,000 bathtub fillings) as well as around 180,000 kWh of electricity, which is equivalent to the annual energy consumption of around 60 households.   #csr #responsiblity #valuedriven

Credit where credit is due! At an international management meeting, we honored several subsidiaries for special #achievements in the past fiscal year 🏆. The prizes were awarded in 12 categories, for example for top performance in #employer engagement, #omnichannel or #services. Moreover, a 'Pushing the limits'-Award was presented for the first time, recognizing special commitment to the implementation of the new BERNER #brand. In addition to fame and honor, the winners received certificates and trophies. Congratulations to BERNER MONTAJE Y FIJACION SL, Berner Italia, Berner Portugal, Albert Berner Latvija, Albert Berner Deutschland GmbH, Berner Polska, Berner Magyarország, Berner Produkten as well as BERNER Croatia and of course to the committed colleagues behind these successes.
