Yesterday, the The Boston Beer Company visited Hallertau and met with growers on their farms. In the evening, we hosted an event for all growers with Hallertau Mittelfrueh to discuss the future viability of the variety. Our hop growers had a great opportunity to exchange ideas with David Cohen and Bryan Baxter from the Boston Beer Company. Through many conversations, both sides shared information and developed a better understanding of each other's challenges and passions. It was a fantastic, insightful evening with great conversation and a chance to taste the esteemed Boston lager. Thank you to everyone who attended and made this important evening possible!
