Avolta opens The Burger Federation at Düsseldorf Airport 🍔 ✈ On Thursday 21st March, Avolta celebrated the opening of The Burger Federation at Düsseldorf Airport. It is the first time that the leading global travel experience player has brought this proprietary brand, developed specifically for locations with high visitor numbers, to a German airport. The concept offers travelers a gastronomic experience and gourmet burger creations in the ambience of an American farmhouse. With this opening, Avolta is expanding its partnership with Düsseldorf Airport and continuing its growth course in recent years. Located in the shopping mall of the airport, near Terminal C, The Burger Federation can seat 65 travelers within its 130 m² of floorspace. The fast-casual restaurant, already operating successfully across the world with more than 20 locations, caters to international travelers’ tastes, offering globally inspired burger creations with Angus beef, or vegetarian and vegan alternatives. Digital processes including self-ordering terminals, click & collect and pay & order via QR code at the table ensure a smooth and fast service experience, which has already proven successful at Avolta’s other Düsseldorf locations. #avolta #autogrill #dusairport #gasto #food #newopening

Avolta continues Le Crobag rollout at Düsseldorf Airport with the opening of a new Next Generation Store 🥐 French specialties available before check in.   Following the successful opening of the concept store in the security area, Avolta is furthering its expansion at Düsseldorf Airport: A brand new Le Crobag store in the visitor area is now open, featuring the latest design. Thanks to its location on the departure level between Terminals B & C, in the shopping arcades, passengers and guests can enjoy the new product range even before security check-in or upon arrival.   Le Crobag shines with its new Next Generation design, offering an expanded product range: in addition to the popular Le Crobag top seller such as filled baguettes and ficelle, croissants and coffee, the store offers new hot snacks such as toast monsieur, pizza baguette and baguette omelette. Furthermore, seasonal specials and a selection of delights inspired by beloved French classics are available in the afternoon.   A relaxing way to spend the waiting time at the airport: Amidst the hustle and bustle of the airport arcade, the spacious Le Crobag store offers an oasis for those in need of a break – both travelers and airport staff alike. The generous area of 175 square meters with a total of 75 seats invites one to take a break and enjoy the moment with the scent of French bakery specialties and delicious coffee. The design embodies an urban metropolitan flair, blending modern steel elements with the cozy and inviting Le Crobag smile, reflected in the new logo.   A team of 16 employees is ready to sweeten the stay with French-inspired baked goods and a warm smile. #dusairport #airport #avolta #lecrobag #gastro #food

Avolta opens Le Crobag flagship store at Düsseldorf Airport ✈ 🥐 Bon appétit et vol - Avolta is expanding its culinary offering at Düsseldorf Airport, with the opening of a special edition Le Crobag flagship store airside. In a first for German airports, travelers can now enjoy French baked goods and specialties from Le Crobag, while awaiting their departure. The opening not only signifies the ongoing success of Avolta’s expansion efforts but also deepens the partnership with Düsseldorf Airport and elevates F&B offerings.  The new flagship Le Crobag store, located airside at Gate B, is a welcoming space with 75 seats across a generous 190 square meters. Designed exclusively for Düsseldorf Airport, the store features a golden logo and a stylish blue counter, adding to its visual appeal. The extended product range is equally unique: beyond classic French snacks such as croissants, baguettes, and tartelettes, the store offers a carefully curated selection tailored to the unique needs of air travelers. A variety of tarte flambée, and a bar serving wine, beer, and soft drinks, encapsulate the essence of French savoir-vivre and create a relaxing atmosphere for guests. A dedicated team of 15 employees provides friendly service and ensures guests leave with a smile, whether it is early in the morning or before the last departure at night. The store opening signifies the initiation of Avolta’s expansion at Düsseldorf Airport, including the unveiling of a second Le Crobag landside in February 2024, featuring the “next generation” product range. This provides air travelers the opportunity to relish in Le Crobag's renowned bestsellers, seasonal offerings available year-round, and new hot snacks like Pizza Baguette and French-inspired pastries. Autogrill opens new restaurant “Brewgate BEER & BITES” at Hamburg Airport Hamburg's Brewing Excellence and Regional Specialties – Now Accessible to Travellers.   Autogrill, the world's leading provider of food and beverages for travellers, has unveiled a new restaurant concept at Hamburg Airport called Brewgate BEER & BITES. The establishment specialises in tempting local beer selections from St. Pauli and offers a delightful variety of dishes and snacks. Set in a cozy ambiance, passengers can immerse themselves in the anticipation of their upcoming vacation or savour a touch of the local scene before their journey home. Situated within Terminal 1's secure area, this novel restaurant accommodates approx. 100 guests.   In the Brewgate BEER & BITES located within Hamburg Airport, guests are offered a selection of Hamburg’s beer specialties. The restaurant is designed in a sports bar atmosphere that seamlessly blends contemporary allure with rustic charm – all while offering a prime view of the runway. Everything revolves around high-quality regional products. To fulfil these criteria, Autogrill has found its “perfect match” in ÜberQuell, the local brewery from the historic “Riverkasematten” at Elbe River. This haven features not only freshly brewed classics like light beer, lager, cellar beer, and non-alcoholic ale but also introduces an array of seasonal, inventive beer specialties such as pale ale and India pale for exploration.   Lutz Deubel, Head of Center Management at Hamburg Airport, expresses his enthusiasm for the collaboration with Autogrill: We want to offer our passengers a wide variety of restaurants at the airport. I am all the more pleased that we can expand our range with a local highlight.
