In pooling, also known as syndication, several investors join forces and make the investments together. Voting rights pooling is one form of joint investment. Here, too, there are distinctions with legal and economic issues. Rather than breaking down the individual case constellations, we would like to find out from Pamela Kelbch and Sophie Descollaz why they chose voting rights pooling and what experiences they have had with it. Pamela is an entrepreneur and angel investor who supports early-stage start-ups with her entire family. Sophie is a serial founder and business angel. Together they initiated the Angelista Squad, with which they invest in diverse startups in changing constellations. Today is World Environment Day! It’s the biggest international day for the environment. Led by the United Nations, the Environment Programme (UNEP) is held annually since 1973. It has grown to be the largest global platform for environmental outreach. It is celebrated by millions of people across the world. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will host World Environment Day 2024 with a focus on land restoration, desertification and drought resilience. Land restoration is a key pillar of the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration (2021-2030), a rallying call for the protection and revival of ecosystems all around the world, which is critical to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. By registering returns digitally, customers can quickly and easily ensure the quality of the returned item for the next person. The software automatically integrates suitable returns into the Shops inventory while the item is still at the customer's home.
