Thanks, this solved it for me as well! This workaround sucks, but it's only on our local build server, so I don't care about the additional user rights.

@HannesSachsenhofer: I agree, it sucks. But I was promised by the LocalDB dev team they'll fix this bug in the upcoming hot-fix release.
