The June Advent Run 2024 is already behind us and our amazing #NotinoPeople have participated again. 🏃 This time, 76 of them supported the beautiful idea of the Adventní běhání. We are delighted because this year, organizers managed to #raise a total of 453.017 CZK, which will help us to improve the lives of four children -Adámek, Emička, Nikolka, and Tommy. And if we all keep our fingers crossed, maybe Adámek will learn to hold a pencil and write properly and Nikolka will get closer to her dream of standing up and walking. 🙏 So we at Notino want to help and are already looking forward to the December challenge. Hope that more companies will join this year so that we can #support those who have been less fortunate in life. Every kilometer counts. And most importantly, it helps. ❤️ #ExtraMile #WinningAsATeam

When leading Czech #CFOs meet, we cannot miss it! ADEOS s.r.o. hosted a great #CFOspace event, where we sent our CFO Jakub Šedý, Financial planning & analysis director Vojtěch Hotárek and Senior supply chain planner Filip Pavloň on behalf of Notino. Jakub was part of a panel discussion together with Milos Nitran, Zuzana Hlavacova, Ivo Krejčí, and Radek Stamenov where they discussed #financial management acceleration 📈 and Filip gave a speech on #Purchasing Process Management and Warehouse and Inventory #Planning. 📊 Thanks to the great speakers, we took away a lot of interesting know-how and tips, so thank you very much Vladislav Hanák for the invitation. Another reason to #celebrate in Notino! 🤩 On Thursday 20.6. was opened in the second #store in Bulgaria. Now in a great summer location near the beautiful sandy beach in Varna. The space is located in the Grand Mall of the local shopping center, which boasts very #luxurious brands, including the new Notino branch. Our store offers a beautiful setting for the latest Notino furniture and #technology concepts. And of course as in our other stores customers can choose between many exclusive brands such as Estée Lauder, Clinique, Sol De Janeiro, and others.  Big thanks go to all the amazing #NotinoPeople who made this happen! 🖤 #WinningAsATeam

One year with an Italian #warehouse! 🥳 Although we opened the Notino warehouse in Telgate, Italy, last year, we planned a proper celebration only after a year of successful #operation. After the first year of operation, we can say that everything is working and we have fine-tuned all processes to perfection.  👌    The celebration was attended by part of the board from the Czech Republic, local colleagues, warehouse management, external suppliers, and local authorities (representatives from the local police, trade unions, and local government representatives). Our CLO Tomas Hofer and Warehouse Manager Luca Fogagnolo gave speeches and their thanks belonged to the whole warehouse. Therefore the whole warehouse stopped operations for a while so that we could all meet and have something good to celebrate. 🥳 And because we are #WinningAsATeam and without each other, we couldn't achieve all our #successes, we wanted to celebrate the successful operation of the Italian warehouse in other European warehouses as well. We therefore sent pizzas to our colleagues in the warehouses so that they could also enjoy it with us remotely.  🍕 Big #thanks to all #NotinoPeople who participated in this project!

There is probably no ranking related to #ecommerce that does not include Notino. And this makes us extremely happy! 🤩 CzechCrunch has published a ranking of the 100 largest #eshops in the Czech Republic, in which Notino is ranked 7th overall and 1st in the category of Drugstores and #Cosmetics. 🥇 The ranking is based on the size of sales, within the Czech Republic. All of this is a credit to every #NotinoPeople. "On a Notino excursion, I got to know my dream job. I fell in love with the company values, the approach to people, the flexibility, the training opportunities, and much more…" 🔝🔝 -Czechitas Digital Academy Testing graduate   We are more than happy about this feedback! 🤩 And also happy that we were able to support Czechitas Digital Academy students this semester as well. This spring it was a total of 101 students, current graduates, and future #dataanalysts and #testers. 👩🏻💻 During their studies, we organized 3 excursions for them in both online and in-person formats so they could feel the Notino atmosphere, get a whiff of our values, and see our fragrant offices. And from the feedback, like the one above, we are thrilled and feel that we have succeeded!   This year, we also offered our offices for the 12-hour #hackathon for female testers, and it was a great event that was enjoyed by both the #students and the entire tester #community of tutors, coaches, mentors and the Czechitas organizational team. 🙌 And speaking of #mentors, three of our #NotinoPeople were involved this year as well. Kateřina Bulová, Markéta Břečková, and daniel martinek mentored teams of students for 3 months until the submission of their successful final project. We want to thank them very much for that! daniel together with Tomáš Kubíček from KBC Global Services even mentored so well that their team won an award for the best project! 🏆 It's wonderful to see how we help women get into the #IT industry and make dreams come true because working at Notino is a dream job for some of them. Now 18 absolvents have their dream job with us and we hope that number will grow. 🚀   We look forward to working with and supporting talented #women with Czechitas this fall. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to your vision! 💜

To celebrate European Melanoma Day, we have organized Notino Melanoma Days for our colleagues. ☀️ The program included lectures by Vojtech Kafka from PIERRE FABRE DERMO-COSMETIQUE, who talked creatively and playfully about melanoma #prevention, the importance of daily SPF use, and proper #skincare. And there was also a chemistry experiment! 🧪 The summer season and intense sun exposure are here, and with it comes the need to protect our skin more carefully. Because skin remembers everything! ❔ Did you know that regular #SPF use can reduce your risk of melanoma by up to 50%, or that you can't avoid UV rays even when sitting in the office? Our colleagues already know!   #NotinoPeople could also have their moles checked by dermatologist MUDr. Sladjana Iličová. Thank you very much to both!   This event was extremely popular in Notino and we will repeat similar activities in the future. Have you noticed our #NewMe campaign? 🤩      In March, you could meet Markéta Zvolská, Barbora Doležalová and Mário Molčan on the streets of #brnoregion#brnoregion. Not only there, but also in the Forbes attachment, on our social media, and as part of the Welcome to the Jungle Česko campaign. Those who have walked around Brno or opened LinkedIn probably did not escape our models.       And what if we told you that you will continue to see them (in a slightly different way) around Brno? 👀 Maybe in a different design and a bit camouflaged, but you will. Because we decided to #upcycle our two Notino mega boards and make them into something that will last. And it's gonna make a bit of a splash, too.       Up-cycling's company NAVZDORY has given our mega boards a second life and turned them into original waterproof #backpacks and laptop sleeves. And of course, each one is unique and one of a kind. 🎒 We are thrilled to have found a way to create something useful and beautiful from megaboards material!   So how do you like them?😉 #ExtraMile

This year, Notino People again took part in the nationwide Bike to Work with Us #challenge. 🚴🏻♀️   The challenge involves teams of 2 to 5 members moving sustainably, #emission-free, around town or between towns, for the entire month of May.   How did it turn out? 🚲 36 colleagues took part in the challenge 🚲 10 teams were formed 🚲 7 295 km were cycled and walked together 🚲 1,168.1 kg of emissions were saved   Congratulations to our colleagues on their results and thank you for another example of supporting our #ExtraMile and #WinningAsATeam values! ♥ #NotinoPeople #NotinoHelps
