As a Forex Retention Agent, your primary responsibility will be to retain and engage existing clients by providing exceptional support and addressing their needs promptly. You will develop and implement strategies to reduce churn, manage client accounts, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role demands strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the forex market, and the ability to handle multiple client interactions effectively.
