The Pinterest Inclusion Fund is celebrating three years with more opportunities to help content producers from underrepresented communities grow, connect and succeed on Pinterest.
This year, we’re excited to continue the expansion of the programme internationally with cycles slated for North America (Canada and US), the UK, France, and Northern European countries (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).
As part of the programme’s expansion we’re now welcoming various types of content producers (i.e., independent publishers, digital magazines and content collectives) committed to sharing content from and for audiences from historically underrepresented groups.
We’re also offering more ways for participants to learn and grow from Pinterest experts and fellow creatives by expanding the duration of each cycle from five to six weeks.

Who can apply
The Pinterest Inclusion Fund is focused on the growth and success of underrepresented groups: people of colour, people with disabilities and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Why apply?
Past participants saw immense growth as a result of their participation in the programme.
Angela Nguyen, a graduate of the 2022 wellness cycle, increased her followers by 77% in a three-month span. While food cycle graduate Mandi Conley grew her repins from 1,500 to 10,000+ in just one month.¹
Learn and create! We do require participants to sign an agreement, commit to six virtual sessions and create 20–25 pieces of content as part of the fund. We also host weekly office hours that we recommend participants attend.

The programme was started in 2021 because Pinterest saw a need to uplift content producers from communities that have been disproportionately underrepresented—including Black, Latiné, LGBTQIA+, Asian, Indigenous people and people with disabilities.
We evolved the programme to unlock more opportunities for a more diverse set of content producers. The programme’s new focus will connect even more inclusive, diverse and shoppable content from underrepresented communities with the people on Pinterest looking to gain inspiration, and shop their ideas and products. Creators who own an e-commerce business are encouraged to apply, in addition to those who partner with boutique creator agencies.
