Unable to connect to 'SOURCE SERVER' because SDK Version 1400 does not support Crystal

Hi all,

Recently i have just got into Crystal Report project. The project is all about migration from Crystal XI R2 to Crystal Report 2020.

• SOURCE SERVER CONFIGURATION/PRODUCTs ::

1. Crystal Report XI R2
2. Business Object Enterprise 11
3. Windows server 2003

• DESTINATION SERVER CONFIGURATION/PRODUCTS ::

1. Crystal Report 2020 patch 4 pack 4
2. Crystal Server 2020 4.3 patch 4 pack 4
3. Windows Server 2012 R2

Here we tried to use promotional management tool in server 2012 R2 and it is showing error regarding SDK versions mismatch between two servers.

What is the possible way to solve this above issue so that we can proceed to migrate? OR what is another way to do migration ?

Cause we checked all forums related to above issue, but it is not mentioned anywhere.

If u have any question or solution to overcome this issue or any other possible way.

Pls tell me, it would be very helpful.

Please remove the CR - SDK tag, not used. I added the BOE Tools tag for someone to assist you. YOu may want to open a support case to get migration assistance.
