Before I go PRO I would like to know if it’s possible to have automation to every post.For instance I have a recipe site and when I want to add an automation for each post where a user comments “Recipe” and get’s a DM with the specific link to that recipe on my website.Is it possible to have the same trigger word, so that it’s connected to all different posts`?

Hello Team,I use manychat for some months now, and last Friday I had to change the connected Facebook page from my Instagram page to another, which was also in another Business Manager.After that I cannot connect to Manychat anymore, I always get this error: The following Pages are ineligible to grant messaging API permissions After talking to Meta Support the told me there is no restriction on my Facebook nor Instagram Page and the problem is on Manychat side. Does anyone know a fix to that?
Hey.I would like to use the keyword that trigger an automation flow but I also want this keyword to be stored as a user variable. Is it possible?thanks! :-)Andre
I am new to Manychat and I am very confused already. I really need to understand how to set up a keyword automation to be able to deliver a free lead magnet (for starters). I have watched a video which states keywords are under automation but I do not have that option as per the video. I then signed up for the free trial to see if that made a difference and it hasn't. I only have automation, basics and sequences in the menu.Can someone please explain to me how to do this based on the following scenario.I simply want to create an Instagram post and then ask readers to comment a keyword which will then link them to my lead agent. Sorry but this is as clear as mud unless I am being totally thick.Help please!
