Hi Norwegian team! In less than an hour your local Wiki Loves Earth is going to start, but we still miss translations in Norwegian. Please add the translations for the banner at: Commons:Wiki Loves Earth 2017/CentralNotice. Romaine (talk) 21:18, 14 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

PS: I also miss translations here:
Can you please add these translations? Thanks! Romaine (talk) 21:21, 14 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Romaine: Hi! I have now translated some of the messages. I used the country/languagecode nb which is norsk (bokmål), which is one of two official forms of written Norwegian (the other being nynorsk (nn.wiki...)). I hope this was correct. Regarding the CentralNotice: We run our own AnonNotice/SiteNotice locally. Do you want translations anyways? We don't want double banners. --Tarjeimo (talk) 22:41, 16 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Tarjeimo, Because of the local banner, the CentralNotice text is not needed. However if you would decide in another year to have a CentralNotice banner, this would be handy. I do prefer if you can also translate: Template:Upload campaign header Wiki Loves Earth before + Commons:Wiki Loves Earth 2017/Translation. This is then ready for next year. Hi, Romaine. I have now done this! Thank you for checking up on us! I appreciate your work! --Tarjeimo (talk) 21:45, 29 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

ID

[edit]

Hello. I have some pictures and I want to upload them, but I don't find where and neither the ID or code for the site. Is there a list with natural sites and their codes? --Millars (talk) 18:00, 13 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Millars: Hello! Here you can find a map of all protected areas in Norway. Click one, and you'll get the ID. I am not sure Commons has a template or similar for natural sites in Norway to link with the ID, but please write place, ID and preferably link to the place on the map for the jury to identify. Thank you for participating! Please ask if you have further questions. The map is in Norwegian only, but I can translate certain phrases if you want :) --Tarjeimo (talk) 18:47, 13 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
