Assistant Category Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with various brands’ Principles and build strong relationship with them
• Assist the Manager to develop shopper marketing strategies, convert brand missions and commercial objectives into go-to-market (GTM) plans and BTL execution for various channels
• Initiate and present trade activation programs for Sales team of assigned channels to drive sales and achieve company strategy
• Organize, implement and monitor promotional & merchandising programs at consumer, customer and market segment levels based on the established objectives, budget and schedule
• Coordinate with vendors for quality POSM / premium development and production under a tight timeline
• Drive new product launch plan by coordinating with cross functional teams (e.g. Commercial, Sales, Supply Chain, Brand)
• Monthly report, meeting update and execution update for the brands
• Direct Marketing Expenses budget planning for channel initiatives
• Lead and coordinate ad hoc projects whenever necessary

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business/Marketing discipline or equivalent
• Over 2-3 years related working experience, with a minimum 1 year in trade marketing field and in supervisory level, preferably in sizable FMCG company
• Previous roles in dealing with suppliers / media, creative and production agencies and understanding of FMCG key account operation is a must
• Project management experience is preferable
• Strong commercial sense with analytical skill
• Creative and self-motivated teammate
• Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint
• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Less experiences will be considered as Senior Executive
