lib: work: using precise wallclk for 1ms schedule on cavs Apl wallclk freq is 19.2 which gives about 10.5% inaccuracy when timeouts are computed in usec. This temporary w/a uses ticks/msec to compute msec timeouts. Signed-off-by: Marcin Maka <marcin.maka@linux.intel.com>
